This page explains which data we process when you visit our website or get in touch with us.
Contact by email or phone
When you email or call us, we process the details you provide, such as your name, company, contact details and the content of your question. We use them to answer your question and to follow up our professional relationship.
Contacting us does not automatically subscribe you to marketing messages.
Contact form
When you use the contact form, we process your name, email address and message, plus any optional details you provide (company, phone, profile and brand of interest). Your message is sent as an email, through our website provider’s email service (Lovable Emails), to one fixed address: Info@ALConti.be. Your email address is used as the reply-to address so we can answer you directly.
We use these details only to answer your question and follow up our professional relationship. You will not receive an automatic confirmation or automatic marketing messages. To limit misuse, the website technically checks where submissions come from and how many are sent.
Technical data and cookies
When you visit the website, our website provider Lovable (hosting) and Cloudflare (security and delivery) process technical data, such as IP address, browser details and pages requested to deliver and secure the website.
We have identified the technical cookies __cf_bm (protection against automated traffic) and __dpl (serving the correct website version). Lovable visitor statistics start only with your consent. They help us understand visits, traffic sources and popular pages; Lovable processes information including pages visited, referring website, browser details and approximate location. The session-id statistics cookie expires after 30 minutes. The necessary preference cookie alconti_analytics_choice saves your choice for 180 days, without a unique visitor identifier. Cookie choices in the footer lets you withdraw consent as easily as granting it; statistics then stop and we remove the identified statistics cookie. This does not automatically erase previously collected data; contact us to make a request. We do not use advertising cookies. The main website loads fonts locally; the public QR contact cards also use Google Fonts. Those cards are excluded from our visitor statistics.
How long do we keep data?
We do not apply a fixed retention period. Messages, including those sent through the contact form, are kept in our mailbox for as long as needed to handle your question and follow up our professional relationship, and for as long as a legal obligation requires. After that we delete them. You can always ask us to delete your data sooner.
Your rights
Depending on the situation and within the limits of the law, you can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, or object to its processing. Send your request to Info@ALConti.be.
